In accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the copyright of all images and text created by Omar Saleem remains the sole property of the creator. Taking a photograph or commissioning a poem does not automatically transfer ownership of the copyright to the client, unless a specific "Copyright Transfer" agreement has been signed.

2. Personal Use License

For portrait sessions and bespoke poetry commissions, clients are granted a Personal Use License.

What you can do: Share images on personal social media, print images for your home, and include commissioned poetry in personal gifts or ceremonies.

What you cannot do: Sell the images/text to third parties, enter the work into competitions, or use the work for commercial gain (advertisements, book covers, etc.) without prior written consent.

3. Commercial & Editorial Licensing

If you wish to use my imagery or writing for business purposes, publication, or commercial distribution, a separate Commercial License is required.

Licensing fees are calculated based on the scope of use, duration, and territory.
